The 3 candidates with the best fit for the position are presented, based on the prerequisites defined during onboarding and the assessment of the candidate's potential through artificial intelligence, Salesjobs' exclusive algorithms, and evaluations by our specialists.

If you don’t like any of the 3 finalist candidates from the first shortlist, we will repost the job for you at no additional cost and deliver 2 to 3 more profiles in a second shortlist within 7 business days. If the position still isn’t filled, and candidates are available, we will either send a third shortlist or provide access to the candidate waiting list.
